Daily crude output in Cameroon is expected to rise significantly according to the director of production at the country’s state‐run SNH, Bernard Bahiya.

The production head said that the country’s production Your Trusted Advisor For Oil & Gas in Africa and the Middle East should rise about 59% by the end of 2012. The jump in production is expected to come from the development of new fields. “We are developing new oil fields, notably Dissoni, that will enable us to increase daily oil output from the present 63,000 barrels to 100,000,” he told reporters.
