Energy needs in Africa are huge and our continent just consumes a small fraction of its energy production. We need ambitious policies to set up the necessary investments, to promote energy efficiency and to make the best use of our energy resources.

In 2009 we will organise the following events :

•  a conference : Access to Energy in June in Paris
•  the 2nd Conference on Energy in Southern Africa in RSA in October
•  the 8th Energy and Sustainable Development Summit in Africa in Dakar in November
